Yorokee Kapimbua
Founder and Chairman
He is a Chevening Scholar with an MSc in Policy Research from the University of Bristol in the UK and over 18 years experience in policy research and practice. He previously studied for a Masters in Social Work at the
University of Utah in the USA. His country expertise includes Angola, Botswana and Namibia with research interests on labour market activation policies and youth employment.
Yorokee Kapimbua
His 18 year career spans High Level Policy Planning and Strategic Choice in Southern Africa, USA and UK. He defines the strategy and optimise performance through game-changing leadership to achieve sustainable and extraordinary outcomes in challenging, continuously evolving commercial, NGOs, Government and UN environments. Founder of the Centre for Policy Research AFRICA.
He is a passionate political economist with expertise working with donors, politicians, member states, research institutions, leadership and stakeholders to build consensus and influence policy-making with a strong drive for resultant impact.
His remit includes high level innovation in research and enterprise development around the SDGs to create impact on mitigating youth poverty, inequality and unemployment in Africa. A member of the Africa Evidence Network and Ideas in African Politics research networks.
An academic, professional development and entrepreneurship mentor for Venture Capital 4 Africa, Builders of Africa’s Future, Multi-pod mentoring Group, the University of Bristol Professional Liaison Network and Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. He has mentored youth from the UK, Botswana, Gaza Strip, Austria, Rwanda, South Korea and China and Zambia.
With a collaborative, innovative and solutions-driven approach to leadership and mindfulness, he encourage teams to share knowledge, buy into evidence-based best practice, and inspire innovation to thrive to build sustainable futures – always with a good sense of humour.

Game Dibeela
Democracy, Peace and Humanitarian Support
Game Dibeela is an experienced International Development practitioner with extensive experience in democracy, electoral, peace and humanitarian support. She is currently a Commissioner for the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Review of the Constitution of Botswana.

Game Dibeela is an experienced International Development practitioner with extensive experience in democracy, electoral, peace and humanitarian support.
She is currently a Commissioner for the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Review of the Constitution of Botswana. She contributed to the African Peer Review Mechanism process of the African Union and co-authored the review of Botswana’s performance under the Democracy and Governance pillar.
Ms. Dibeela has also served in different capacities in International Election Observation Missions in Iraq and across Africa, under the auspices of United Nations (UN), African Union (AU), Southern African Development Community (SADC), Electoral Commission Forum for SADC Countries (ECF-SADC), Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa (EISA) and the Carter Centre.
She has contributed towards regional and continental peace support as a Consultant at the Mediation Support Unit of SADC and when she worked at the United Nations Mission in South Sudan.

Ntsholeng Thabana
Welfare Economist
Ms. Thabana is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the finance field. She has worked in various industries ranging from banking, property development and estate management, manufacturing, health services, legal services and public service. Ms Thabana has been involved in different finance activities among others including financial management, management accounting, financial reporting, treasury management and budgeting.

Ms. Thabana is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the finance field. She has worked in various industries ranging from banking, property development and estate management, manufacturing, health services, legal services and public service. Ms Thabana has been involved in different finance activities among others including financial management, management accounting, financial reporting, treasury management and budgeting. She is an associate member of CIMA, and a fellow member of BICA.
Currently Ms. Thabana works for Legal Aid Botswana as Corporate Services Executive whereby she oversees different departments which include Finance, Procurement, Facilities and Administration and Human Resources.
